The five-foot-four, 121-pound Tremblay, who had earned a bye through the qualifying round, lost 3-1 to Turkey’s Ahmet Peker on Day 15 of Olympic competition in the round of 16. Reason and teammates Barbara Jardin, Samantha Cheverton and Brittany Maclean turned in a personal best performance but lost a spot on the podium to swimming powerhouses U.S.A., Australia and France.
