Kim Elliott LANCE WRITER The Lancers Women’s Basketball team defeated the Regina Cougars 66-57 Sunday to claim their third-straight CIS Championship in Saskatchewan. Windsor’s basketball team joins UBC (1971-73), Laurentian (1975-79), Victoria (1980-82) and Winnipeg (1993-95) as the only schools ever to win three straight CIS championships.
